These Terms of Service govern your use of the Holiday Fun Dot Com website and your purchase of products from Holiday Fun Dot Com. In these Terms, “Holiday Fun,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Holiday Fun Dot Com.

Holiday Fun products are generally produced after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, dimensions, descriptions, and images accurately. Colors can vary between screens, and minor variations can occur during printing and production. Normal production variations are not considered defects.

We may change or discontinue products, colors, sizes, prices, promotions, or availability at any time.

  1. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and delivery information.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit, reject, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, payment issues, legal restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. Requests to cancel or change an order are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order or delivery address.

  1. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms of Service. Please review both policies before placing an order.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its original content, branding, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, illustrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Holiday Fun and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, publish, or otherwise exploit our content without written permission.

  1. REVIEWS, SUBMISSIONS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Holiday Fun a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the business.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, inappropriate, or infringing.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, production, shipping, analytics, advertising, and other functions.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Holiday Fun is not responsible for third-party content, conduct, availability, or services outside our reasonable control.
